State Registered Nurse Assistant(SRNA)

Course Description

The course is designed to provide the skills and knowledge for State Registered Nurse Aides to assume the responsibility and to understand the legalities required in long-term care. The focus of this course will be in patient communications, infection control, safety, resident’s rights, and basic nursing skills.

The State Registered Nurse Assistant has a direct effect on the overall quality of medical care.

CPR & Background check are included; books and state board test fee are not.

Course Length

Approximately 10-12 class days plus clinical days.

The successful completion of this course enables the student to take the SRNA test.
